Booking & Cancellation policy

At Optimal Health Lab, we prioritise the effective use of time for both our clients and our dedicated clinicians. Our cancellation policy is a key component of this commitment, designed to ensure that appointments are available to those who need them and that our clinicians can deliver the best possible care.

We ask you to action any movement in your bookings no later than the BUSINESS DAY prior to your appointment (ie please call us on Wednesday about your Thursday booking, and Friday about your Monday booking). Changes outside of the time will incur a fee. You can do these changes via calls to our Admin stars on 9431 5955, or using our Client Portal here.

When appointments are cancelled at the last minute or missed, it disrupts our clinicians' schedules and prevents other clients from accessing timely care. By adhering to our cancellation policy, you help us manage appointment availability more effectively, reducing wait times and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to receive the care they need. Lastly, and most importantly, consistent attendance is crucial for achieving optimal results from your care, as regular appointments or certain time intervals in appointments are commonly vital to your treatment plan and overall progress.
